I really liked this place! It was super clean and the staff were pretty nice. The location was awesome, a bit outside the main historic area. I loved the touch of having bread and cereals available for breakfast 🥐.

The rooms are always clean, and you get a great view of the park; it's convenient to have a minibar, satellite TV, and a safe in the room.

The lighting in the rooms is the most luxorious I ever experienced. The lighting in the elevator is the worst lighting I ever experienced.

The room we stayed in was romantic and stylish, the beds were really comfortable, and the breakfast served was generous with a variety of fresh bread and cereal options.

First thing to strike us was the reception staff. On arrival we stood at the counter for two minutes while they finished their converdation. We booked this hotel a little out of town based on the shuttle bus service. We were disappointed that the shuttle only ran in the morning, then only twice, did not run everyday, only carried 6 persons and completely unsatisfactory. Breakfast was poor, didn't open on time, important if you book a tour. Not much in the way of hot variety, no toaster for instance. Out of the 7 hotels we used on our Europe trip, this one came in last on all counts.

The room I stayed in was well-equipped with amenities like an electric kettle, a mini fridge, and a safe, and the food, especially breakfast.

The hotel was modern and located in downtown area. It was a really nice stay, I would definitely come back. The hotel was just off the Montelupo train station. There was a supermarket for parking and a local market for snacks.

Was well placed for access to the city centre and main highways

We were there for a very short night as we needed to leave at 5AM for the airport. We found the staff very courteous and attentive, even at 4:30AM, the room was beautiful and the location of the hotel was excellent with regard to the airport.

It would be nice if they had regular shuttles to downtown Florence. There is a shuttle, but it does not operate on Sunday, when we were there and the taxi into downtown Florence was pretty expensive.
